Xiping has joined Dr. Huang’s laboratory, where he will focus on researching PFAS-biomolecule interactions and their potential biological implications.

Xiping has successfully completed his first postdoctoral journey at the Department of Food Science and Technology at University of Gerogia. He really thanks Dr. Koushik Adhikari for providing a supportive environment that forstered his research development. He also sincerely thanks Dr. Hualu Zhou for her supports in carrying out experiments and discussion. Through his hard work and dedication, he has gained a deep understanding of his research projects in food science, and has published serveral papers during this time.

Figure 1. This marks my first successful experiment in formulating curcumin-infused milk. Following that, I embarked on a journey to develop curcumin-powered foods.

Xiping, along with his family, has joined the Department of Food Science and Technology at University of Gerogia. He is supervised by Dr. Koushik Adhikari, and he is working on integrating both experimental and computational methods to advance the development of curcumin-powered foods for enhanced health benefits.

I (Xiping) am thrilled to share that I have successfully defended my Ph.D. dissertation titled “Atomistic Simulations of Intrinsically Disordered Protein Folding and Dynamics.” This milestone marks the culmination of my hard work and dedication to advancing research in this field. My work utilized the GBMV2 implicit solvent models to explore the folding and dynamics of intrinsically disordered proteins. Congratulations to myself on this achievement—I am incredibly proud of this accomplishment! I really thank all people who helped me and gave me the support, especially for my advisor Dr. Jianhan Chen.

This new baby is designed to record my growth, and will be continuously updated! This is created based on a academicpages template and hosted on the GitHub pages now. We also used the Google domains to create our domain and manage it. I really appreciate the significant contributions from Erik and Jian who helped me how to change the domain, initialize, update website, and more.
