Xiping begins his first postdoctoral research career at the University of Georgia

Xiping, along with his family, has joined the Department of Food Science and Technology at University of Gerogia. He is supervised by Dr. Koushik Adhikari, and he is working on integrating both experimental and computational methods to advance the development of curcumin-powered foods for enhanced health benefits.
