Xiping successfully defends Ph.D. dissertation

I (Xiping) am thrilled to share that I have successfully defended my Ph.D. dissertation titled “Atomistic Simulations of Intrinsically Disordered Protein Folding and Dynamics.” This milestone marks the culmination of my hard work and dedication to advancing research in this field. My work utilized the GBMV2 implicit solvent models to explore the folding and dynamics of intrinsically disordered proteins. Congratulations to myself on this achievement—I am incredibly proud of this accomplishment! Xiping begins his first postdoctoral research career at the University of Georgia

Xiping, along with his family, has joined the Department of Food Science and Technology at University of Gerogia. He is supervised by Dr. Koushik Adhikari, and he is working on integrating both experimental and computational methods to advance the development of curcumin-powered foods for enhanced health benefits.
